Coaching (Tier 1)
The candidate:
Has experience in the gym, doesn't require much help.
Wants to be and look stronger.
Self-motivated to go to the gym.
Just wants some extra help with weight/exercise selection and extra eyes on their lifts.
This includes:
4-5 day per week programming for 4-16 weeks (4 week blocks)
Help with form, cues, basic nutrition/supplement guidance
Check-in call at the end of every 4 weeks
Video reviews weekly
We will do a screening call and questionnaire. Then, the program will be built based on your goals, abilities, type of equipment you have access to, life stress, daily activity level, and motivation.
