Coaching (Tier 3)

$400.00 every month for 3 months

The candidate:

  • Wants to improve their form on all lifts.

  • Wants to be uniquely jacked and strong.

  • Has a basic understanding of training but wants more strength and size.

  • Preparing for a powerlifting meet.

  • Looking to maximize gains in a shorter period of time.

This is the most involved type of coaching I offer. This includes:

Custom programming from 4-16 weeks (4 week blocks)

Help with form, cues, basic nutrition/supplement guidance

2 weekly check-in calls, either during training or after

Weekly program updates

Daily check-ins

We will do a screening call and questionnaire. Then, the program will be built based on your goals, abilities, type of equipment you have access to, life stress, daily activity level, and motivation.
