The candidate:
Already the person that people go to for advice in the gym (you're muscular and love the gym).
You think you train hard.
You're sick of plateauing in your lifts, fat loss, and/or aesthetic.
5 days per week, 2 blocks, 4 week long blocks. I'd recommend running this for 8 weeks and then chilling out afterwards for a month. You'll need it.
